Sending money

1. Sign up with PayZuro. We’ll ask for your email address, and you’ll create a password. You can also sign up by connecting to your Google or Facebook account. Tip: If you already have a PayZuro account, go to Home on the website and choose Send money, or tap Send on the app, to set up a transfer. 2. Type in how much you’d like to transfer. You can start with the amount you’d like to send, or how much you’d like your recipient to get. Tip: If it’s important that your recipient gets an exact amount, type that amount into the Recipient gets box. We’ll automatically tell you how much you need to send. 3. Let us know what kind of transfer you’re making. If you’re paying in from a personal bank account, it’s a Personal transfer.

Managing your account

To open your PayZuro account, you’ll need to get verified, usually with some photo ID, proof of address, and/or a picture of you holding that ID. It usually takes about 1 working days. Log in to your account and follow the steps to get set up.

Holding money

We’d like to offer currency accounts to everyone. there are countries and US states where you can open any currency account.

Receiving money

If you’re waiting for money that someone has sent you through PayZuro, the best way to check where it is, is to ask the person who sent it. They can check its status by logging in to their PayZuro account. If you’d like to talk to our support team and you’re a recipient, we unfortunately won’t be able to give you any specific details. This is for privacy and security reasons — we can only give information about a transfer to the person who sent it.

Using Assets

Assets lets you choose how you’d like the money in your currency accounts or jars held. Right now, you can choose cash or digital money.
